If you’re on my team, I care to support your development and growth no matter what it takes. I try in everything to be authentic and real. I believe that a genuine personal connection contributes powerfully to success in so many facets of business, and that effective communication is one of the greatest strengths I bring into my work.
Throughout my portfolio you can get a great sense of my hard skills. My soft skills are often where I stand apart, though. I naturally build genuine relationships that help in collaboration. I know what drives and motivates each person I work with, and intentionally shift my situational approach to make use of that knowledge. I am motivated by seeing others on my team succeed, and invest deeply in the lives of those around me. I carry a positivity that is contagious. My creativity shines through not just in the design work I do, but in the resiliency with which I find ways to overcome obstacles. I know how to craft a story that compels, and find the balance between connecting to the head and the heart that enables me to motivate with both logic and emotion.
